Puppy Delivery & Pickup Across Canada
Families may collect their Bernese Mountain Dog or Bernedoodle puppy by appointment, or we can help arrange a safe and carefully planned journey to eligible homes across Canada.
Comfort, Preparation & Clear Communication
The puppy's well-being comes first when we plan pickup or delivery.
Before any puppy leaves our home, we confirm that the puppy has reached an appropriate age, completed the necessary preparation and is ready for the planned journey. The family receives the confirmed schedule, travel method, required documents and complete quoted cost before arrangements are finalized.
Travel decisions depend on the puppy's age and size, the destination, weather, route, carrier availability and current transport requirements. If conditions are not suitable, we may adjust the schedule rather than place the puppy at unnecessary risk.

How We Prepare Your Puppy
Specific documents and arrangements vary by puppy, route and transport provider.
Health Readiness
We review the puppy's age, current health, veterinary care and ability to travel before confirming departure.
Secure Travel Setup
The puppy travels in a secure, appropriately sized crate or vehicle space, with comfort and care items selected for the journey where appropriate.
Family Coordination
We confirm the recipient, destination, schedule, handoff plan and contact details before the journey begins.
No surprise mandatory charges: The family receives the known required delivery costs before travel is finalized. If an unexpected route or regulatory change affects the quote, we explain it and obtain the family's approval before proceeding. We do not dispatch a puppy and then demand an undisclosed mandatory insurance or crate payment to complete delivery.
How the Process Works
Choose an available puppy
Review our Bernese Mountain Dog puppies or Bernedoodle puppies and note the puppy you are interested in.
Tell us about your family
Complete our contact form and share your experience with dogs, household, location, veterinarian plan and whether you prefer pickup or delivery.
Review and reserve
Once your family is approved, we provide the applicable written reservation terms. Our standard refundable reservation deposit is $500, is applied toward the puppy's total price and holds the selected puppy according to the signed agreement.
Confirm the homecoming plan
For pickup, we confirm an appointment. For delivery, we review the available method and send the complete written quote, schedule and known requirements for approval.
Complete the balance and documents
The purchase agreement must be accepted and the required puppy and delivery balances must be confirmed before dispatch. Never send payment to an unverified person or account that is not identified in your written instructions.
Welcome your puppy home
Be available at the agreed time, inspect the puppy and records at handoff, provide water and a quiet settling-in period, and arrange the initial veterinary examination required by our 2-Year Health Guarantee.

- Nearest major airport if flight delivery is requested
- Preferred dates and the recipient's availability
- Name and contact information of the person receiving the puppy
- Any access details relevant to a ground-delivery address
- A backup contact number for the day of travel
For security, do not enter banking passwords, card numbers or government identification numbers in the general contact form.
When Will My Puppy Arrive?
Many planned journeys are completed within approximately two to three days after travel begins, but timing is never guaranteed.
The final schedule depends on the route, transport method, connections, destination, traffic, weather and the puppy's needs. We will provide the best available estimate before departure and communicate material schedule changes.
If severe weather, a carrier restriction, a health concern or another safety issue prevents travel, we will pause or reschedule the journey. If a seller-caused failure prevents delivery and no acceptable alternative can be arranged, the resolution will follow the written purchase and delivery agreement.

Pickup & Delivery FAQs
Is delivery included in the puppy price?
No. Delivery is normally charged separately. You receive the available method and written cost before making a final decision.
Can I change from delivery to pickup?
Usually, if travel has not begun and no non-refundable third-party cost has been incurred. Contact us as early as possible so we can review the existing arrangements.
Can someone else collect or receive my puppy?
Only with advance written approval. We must have the authorized recipient's full name and contact information before handoff, and identification may be required.
Can weather delay puppy delivery?
Yes. Heat, cold, storms, smoke, unsafe roads or carrier restrictions may require a route or date change. We prioritize the puppy's safety over the original schedule.
What happens if my puppy needs more time before travelling?
We will explain the concern and delay travel until the puppy is ready. We do not send a puppy simply because an earlier estimated date was discussed.
Will I receive updates during delivery?
We provide the available travel details and coordinate important updates or schedule changes. The type and frequency of updates depend on the delivery method and provider.
